Is a paid plan a subscription or a one-time purchase?
One-time purchase. You pay once and use it forever — no monthly fee, no auto-renewal, and all future updates are free.
Online purchase is not open yet — what should I do?
Online payment is not live at the moment. You can ask about purchasing via the email address or community chat listed on the "Support" page, and we will announce the opening on this site and in the group as soon as it is ready.
Will it still work after I change computer or reinstall the system?
Yes. The activation code is bound to your device; after re-activating, enter your order number under "Settings → Activation → Restore with order number" to get it back.
Does the free plan expire?
No. The free plan is available forever with no expiry date and no limit on the number of photos.
How long does it take to receive my licence?
Once online payment is live it is instant. If you purchase via email or the community chat, we will process it within one business day.
